Hassan Lebbadi is the State Secretariat to the Prime Minister in charge of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technologies of Morocco.[1]

He was elected as the member of the Radio Regulations Board(RRB) in 2006.[2] The Radio Regulations Board approves technical criteria used by the Radiocommunication Bureau in the application of Radio Regulations. He was also awarded the ITU Medal and Certificate after his term as the member of the RRB.[3]
