Michael Graham is the Senior Corporate Counsel, Global Director -- Intellectual Property for Expedia, Inc., in Bellevue, Washington. He has practiced intellectual property law, representing corporations, startups, individuals, and artists for over 28 years in all areas of trademark, copyright, Internet and related Intellectual Property law.

Graham was awarded a Martindale-Hubbell AV Peer Review Rating[2], was named Recommended Individual Attorney among World’s Top 1000 Lawyers by World Trademark Review in 2013[3], was named a Leading Lawyer in the areas of Advertising & Media Law, Computer & Technology Law, and Intellectual Property Law, and was named a "Super Lawyer" in 2005 and 2014[4].

Fun Facts[edit | edit source]

Graham is a member of the National Ski Patrol, and a Slope Leader in the Ski Patrol, at Wilmot Mountain Wisconsin. He is also an accomplished musician, playing in a country/bluegrass/old time band called "Crow Island", and was bassist for a basement cover band called Dads Gone Bad. He is also a published poet and essayist, and avid concert-goer and volunteer Lead and Staff for music festival ADA Access Programs.
