Mark William Datysgeld is a Brazilian researcher at the State University of São Paulo (UNESP), currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Relations with a focus on Internet Governance and the impacts of the Digital Revolution on policymaking. He is also the coordinator of the "Networks, technology and modernity" arm of the research group NEAI — Núcleo de Estudos e Análises Internacionais (International Analyses and Studies Centre).[1]
