The Washington DC Chapter of the Internet Society (ISOC-DC) seeks to further the Internet Society's mission in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia community. The chapter organizes events, discussions and information exchanges that "promote open development, evolution and use of the internet worldwide." [1]
