James Kindiga is the Assistant Secretary General of Kenya's Communications and Information Department.[1] He is a delegate from Kenya to UNESCO and a member of The Kenya National Commission (KNATCOM) for UNESCO. He was a participant in the INTERNATIONAL BIOETHICS COMMITTEE OF UNESCO(IBC).[2]
