He is currently based in London and is the Tech Lead at Candesic. Formerly he was the Chief Technology Officer at ihome.ir, the leading property portal in Iran. He had been the Chief Technology Officer at Fidilio between January 2010 until April 2018, where he managed a team working on the website and applications. In September 2011, he also co-founded Dipudio, and organization which provides software solutions for web, mobile, desktop, and various platforms. In October 2015, he co-founded Delion which is an online meal delivery service in Tehran, Iran.[2][3]
Taghizadeh considers himself a "hacktivist", and he regularly publishes internet governance and technology-related writings on Medium.[1][4]
He is a member of At-Large Technology Task Force, an individual member of APRALO, a member of RSSAC Caucus and ICANNWiki Ambassador as the moderator of Persian ICANNWiki.
He was an ICANN Fellow at ICANN 54 in Dublin, ICANN 55 in Marrakech, ICANN 59 in Johannesburg and ICANN 60 in Abu Dhabi as the ICANN Booth Lead and also attended the ICANN 56 in Helsinki, Finland independently; ICANN 54 in Dublin was his first ICANN Meeting.[2]
