Lars Hoffmann is the Senior Director of Policy Research & Stakeholder Programs at ICANN and Director of Organizational Effectiveness Reviews.[1] He has been with ICANN since 2013.[2]

Prior to joining ICANN, he was an Assistant Professor at Maastricht University.[1]

He is fluent in English, German, and French.
