Daniel Kalchev is the Technical Director and Owner of Digital Systems Ltd., and Register.BG Ltd. - the ccTLD for Bulgaria. He also serves as a ccTLD Technical Contact for ICANN.
He has attended the Tehnièeski Universitet Varna from 1985 until 1991.[1]
