David Soltero is the Sr. Lead Infrastructure Engineer - Architecture at ICANN. He joined ICANN in 2007 as a Network Engineer in the IT Operations Department and providing network systems support including voice, data, video and wireless networks.[1]
From 2003 to 2007, he was a Network and System Engineer at Nic.pr. He studied at the University of Puerto Rico.[2]
