Eduardo Mendez is an independent System Administrator and Internet enthusiast. He worked as a DNSAdmin of Venezuela ccTLD which is overseen by CONATEL (Comisión Nacional de Telecomunicaciones) from 2007 until 2013. He is an active member of Internauta Venezuela, the user association of Internet in Venezuela.
He is has founding member of IPv6 adoption initiative in Venezuela and regularly publishes in press, magazines and his personal blog about Internet and technology related topics.
