Jennifer Downes is a Key Accounts Team Manager at NCC Group. She began to attend ICANN Meetings at ICANN 44 in order to keep up and meet with the many new gTLD clients that have signed with NCC to satisfy their data escrow requirements. She is a native of Ireland.[1]
