Lisa Rosaya is an attorney-at-law and partner at the firm of Baker & McKenzie LLP based in New York. [1] Her areas of focus are global trademark portfolio and brand management matters, including trademark selection, trademark prosecution, trademark opposition and cancellation proceedings, copyright and trademark licensing, enforcement and infringement matters, labeling and advertising issues and domain name disputes.

Lisa was a Co-chair at the Annual Meeting of the Intellectual Property Law Section of New York State Bar Association in 2009.[2] She regularly attends the Annual Meetings of the International Trademark Association (INTA).[3] [4]

Lisa belongs to the Intellectual Property Constituency and was a part of the Registration Abuse Policies(RAP) Implementation Drafting Team.[5] She has also participated in the ICANN Silicon Valley.[6]
