Paul Lomax is the CEO of Freeparking Domain Registrars Inc., a Registrar that was started in 1997. He is also the CTO of Fibranet Services Ltd.[1]
Lomax's first ICANN meeting was ICANN 49 in Singapore. He is involved in the RrSG.[1]
