Raquel Gatto is a Manager for Chapter Development in The Americas for Internet Society. She attended ICANN Silicon Valley through the ICANN Fellowship Program, and is interested in issues involving new TLDs and ALAC. She would like to restart the Brazil ISOC chapter.[1]
