Serupepeli Neiko is a manager and liaison between government and telco's and isp's with the Government of Fiji. Neiko's objective while at ICANN include meeting and learning as much as possible on the multi-stakeholder approach.
Personal Background
Neiko is a graduate of Macquarie University on Policing, Intelligence and Counter-Terrorism. [1]
