Vika Mpisane is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the .za Domain Name Authority[1], .ZADNA[2], which is the country code Top Level Domain (ccTLD) Manager for South Africa. [3]

Mr.Mpisane's experience in policy development includes work in areas such as trade and industry, economic policy, labour, education, development and ICT development. In addition to his role at .za DNA, Vika has been a member & Treasurer of the Executive Committee of African Top Level Domains (AfTLD) since June 2006. Prior to his involvement with domain names, he worked as a Manager for Public Sector Marketing at Cortell International, a business software consulting firm, where he was responsible for developing and implementing its public sector marketing and sales strategy.
