Howard Kash is a computer scientist in the U.S. Army Research Lab, which he also represents on the RSSAC.

Kash is the Information Assurance Manager at the Army Research Lab, DoD Supercomputing Resource Center (ARL-DSRC). He has worked as a computer scientist at the U.S. Army Research Lab for over 44 years.[1]

Kash studied computer science at Virginia Tech (B.S.) and Johns Hopkins University (M.S.).
