Oumou Sangaré is a young woman computer scientist, passionate about new technologies, accessibility of the Internet, and cybersecurity.

She is a developer at the TUWINDI Foundation. She is a member of the WomenTechMaker Association of Mali and of the Internet Society (ISOC) chapter of Mali.

She began her journey within the Internet ecosystem at the 11th Internet Governance Forum in December 2016 in Guadalajara, Mexico as Youth@IGF of the Internet Society.
