Peterking Quaye is the Youth Internet Governance Ambassador for Liberia of TAC (Together Against Cybercrime), a European-based organization working on hosting, YIGF-Liberia chapter and also a member of ISOC Ghana & Liberia. His working experience spans from IT Service Marketing, Communication & Marketing Specialist for top international companies including works with Lonestarcell-MTN, World Banks, Africa Union Commission, Pearl Richard Foundation (Ghana & UK )-Host of Africa Digital Summit), Mobile World Magazine-UK (An IT, Telecommunication Magazine), The Economist Group-UK, MIS Training Institute (UK ). He served as moderator during the 2013 Africa Union Youth in ICT Summit in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and also actively worked with the 2009 Africa Digital Summit in Accra.

He is the Founder & Executive Director of Webbtech ICT-Liberia, a company he has run for the past 4 years with a focus on Website Design& Development, IT Training, IT Security Management company in Liberia.

His primary responsibilities as YIGF-Ambassador for Liberia is to lead advocacy on internet governance, cybersecurity, Internet policy awareness, connectivity, promoting access, affordable internet, Privacy, Data Security, Online safety issues for all ages, online gender-based violence. He is very passionate about ICT4Development, Internet Governance, Cybersecurity, e-governance. He has a special interest in Cybersecurity, Internet Governance, African Youth in Internet Governance.

He attended the University of Professional Studies, Ghana. He holds a certificate in Website Design from World Press Institute(USA) and training in internet and I.T Audit & Risk Management and Governance from MIS Training Institute, UK, BSc Marketing, University of Professional Studies, Ghana and currently an MBA-Management student at the University of Nicosia in Cyprus and several certificates in journalism.
