SAC115 is also known as the "SSAC Report on an Interoperable Approach to Addressing Abuse Handling in the DNS." On March 19, 2021, ICANN's SSAC released the report. In it, the committee proposes a general framework of best practices to streamline reporting DNS abuse and abuse on the Internet in general. The goal is to mitigate the severity and duration of the victimization of end-users. Thus, the report focuses entirely on handling DNS abuse that has already happened.[1]
