Daniel Kaplan is the cofounder of Plurality University Network and has been the vice-president of the French Chapter of the Internet Society. He began consulting on electronic media and interactivity in 1985 when he founded JKLM, a French consultancy and design firm focused on videotext, audiotext, and multimedia.
