Seda Akbulut joined ICANN[1] as the Lead Global Support Analyst in 2015.[1] She is currently the Universal Acceptance (UA) Program Manager, and manages UA related projects of ICANN Organization and Universal Acceptance Steering Group (UASG).

She holds a BSc in Mathematical Engineering with honours, and also has an MBA degree.[2] She has experience in various areas such as sales, customer relationship management, financial and commercial operations, process development, lean systems and agile projects.

As of ICANN 75 in Kuala Lumpur, she had been to 6 ICANN Public Meetings and 1 GDD Summit.
