Her journey of understanding and growth led her to the Youth Internet Governance Forum-India, where she joined as an Organizing Committee member for the 6th edition. This marked the beginning of her learning and development journey. She became a fellow at ICANN78 and engaged with ICANN's Advisory Committee RALOs. Regionally, she became involved with NetMission.Asia as an ambassador and is currently an active member in various NetMission initiatives. She continued her involvement by joining ICANN80 as a fellow alumnus and has been selected for APSIG2024. She is still learning and expanding her understanding of Internet governance through the perspectives of community members and end users.

Education

Barkha Manral completed her B.Sc. in Life sciences from Ramjas College, University of Delhi, India in 2017. She has done a Master's in Public Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University in 2021 and is currently pursuing a Master's in Computer Application from Indira Gandhi National Open University. She holds certifications like CBS (IGNOU), JNCIA-MIST AI, CISCO-NETWORKING ESSENTIALS, CISCO-INTRODUCTION TO CYBER SECURITY, and BASICS OF GIS.
