Karen Lentz is the VP of Policy Research and Stakeholder Programs at ICANN. She supports research and policy implementation projects for the Global Domains Division. Karen joined ICANN in 2003 as gTLD Registry Liaison. She has worked on registry contract amendments, Consensus Policy implementation, Rights Protection Mechanisms, and the gTLD Applicant Guidebook for the New gTLD Program.
Career
Prior to joining ICANN, she handled copyright and licensing processes for Science magazine.
Education
Karen holds degrees in English and Political Science, as well as a Master of Fine Arts degree in writing and a Master of Science degree in Journalism.
