Tracy Hackshaw has been involved in Trinidad & Tobago's National Information & Communication Technology (ICT) program since 2005, and is currently the Chief Solution Architect at the National ICT Company.[1] His responsibilities include ensuring that Government's ICT infrastructure, policies and standards are in place to meet the country's National ICT agenda.[2]
