Ana (Teresa) Rodriguez is the Liaison for International and Local Orgnizations at Gauss Research Laboratory, INC.
She participated in ICANN Paris,[1] ICANN Marakesh, ICANN Sao Paulo 2nd and 4th Internet Governance Forum in the Caribbean. [2][3]
Education
Ms. Rodriguez holds an MA degree in Public Administration.[4] He masters thesis was titled: The state of Information Society in Puerto Rico.[5]
