Mr. Chaves has worked in the public and private sector and specializes in complex corporate litigation, contract law, international trade and intellectual property matters. ^[3]

Education

He hold a B.H. in Political and Economic Sciences from Colegio Carlos Arturo Torres and a J.D. from Universidad del Rosario. He studied French private law at Sorbonne University, Paris; International Law at Universidad Nacional de Colombia. He has a postgraduate degree course in arbitration and mediation in intellectual property disputes from WIPO.^[4]
