Martin (Marty) (L.) Heimbigner is the Chief Financial Officer of Lagotek Corporation. He is also the Chief Executive Officer and President of City Bank since December 31, 2009[1] and a Partner at Tatum LLC.[2]
Career History
He has more than 21 years of experience in emerging-growth companies. He has been the CEO of Intelligent Results Inc. and CFO of Airbiquity Inc.[3] Mr. Heimbigner has also worked at KPMG Peat Marwick in Senior Financial Positions for 13 years.
At Demand Media he worked as a Chief Accounting Officer. He served as an Assistant Controller for Washington Energy Company. He has been Director of City Bank since June 11, 2003 and served as its Lead Independent Director.[4] He has been a Director at City Bank since 2003.[5]
Education
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Washington State University and a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington. He completed his CPA examination in 1981. He also did Executive MBA from Washington University.[6][7]
