Mr. Chi started working as a project conductor NICI National Taiwan IPv6 RD in 2005. In 2006, he joined the Academic TDP's e-Life Project as a project manager, which he left in 2007. In 2008, he left NICI.From 2008-2010, he worked on the Cloud Computing Planning for the Ministry of Education Computer Center's NGN project.
