Christian Hess Araya is a Judge in Judiciary of Costa Rica.He is the LACRALO Representative for Costa Rica.[1]

Chief Executive Officer of the Association for Study and Research Group Academic Law, Economics and Business in the Information Society(AGEIA-DENSI.[2]

He was a panelist at ICANN’s Non-Commercial Users Constituency (NCUC) Meeting on Whois, the New MoU, and Right to Privacy.[3]

He participated in the First Official World Conference Of Computer Law.[4]]
