Mactar Seck is an EAO-Economic Affairs Officer at SRO-EA.[1]

He is an executive member of The e-Africa Commission.[2] He is a member of a yahoo group named nici3secretariat.[3]
Events
Mactar's participation in almost every event related to African internet development can be observed very easily. He attended workshops related to information society in rwanda on 18-19 May, 2006 in kigali.[4] He participates in a summit of leaders interested in ICT development in Africa held in Kigali on 29-30 October 2007.[5] Mactar participated in ICANN meeting in 2008 held in Paris.[6] He took part in The Second Science with Africa Conference.[7] Recent meetings and conferences he was present in, are:
- UNECA meeting in Kigali, Rwanda on 25-26 October 2010.[8]
- EAIGF conference on 11 August, 2010.[9]
- Meetin on the validation of the African charter on statistics in Kigali, Rwanda on 4–6 JUNE, 2007.[10]
- United Nations Regional Commissions Open Forum on 14 November, 2007.[11]
- Workshop Study Tour on Transport and trade Facilitation and Promotion of Intra-African Trade held on 28-30 April 2010 in Dar Es Salam, Tanzania.[12]
- Meeting of the EAC task force on cyber laws held on 28-30 March 2011 in Mombasa, Kenya.[13]
- Plenipotentiary Conference 2002.[14]
