Khoudia Gueye SY is the Head of Network and Internet Services Division, University Cheikh Anta DIOP. She manages the DNS servers for .SN and all the campus network.[1]
She is CCAI-certified. Ms. Gueye serves as a CCNA tutor at UCAD. She is a member of the ISOC Senegal and Senegal IPv6 forum.[2]
She was a Fellow at ICANN Nairobi.[3] She attends AfriNIC and AfNOG meetings. She has been selected to be a fellow at the ICANN Singapore in 2011.[4]

Ms. Gueye holds a master's degree in computer science and a master in Telecommunications and Computer Sciences (2009). She took ACRP in 2008.[5]

In 2011, she was chosen to recieve the Abha Ahuja Award and to attend the next RIPE 61 meeting.
