Bertrand de la Chapelle is currently a member of the Board of Directors at ICANN and a Program Director at International Diplomatic Academy.

Past Work[edit | edit source]

Bertrand held many positions in the French government and represented French government in many international forums. His first post in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs was as in charge of German Desk, which was responsible for french-german relationships. Then he worked in the ministry of foreign affairs in many capacities.
