Byron Holland is the President and CEO of CIRA, a position he was appointed to in January 2008.[1] He is also the Vice-Chair of ICANN's ccNSO.[2]

Career History

From 2000 to 2007, Hollard was a founding partner and COO of Futura Rewards, the third largest coalition loyalty program in Canada. He continues to serve on the board of the Futura Loyalty Group. Prior to joining Futura Rewards, he spent five years as a Managing Partner of Surf Side Limited, a sporting goods company that he turned from a struggling business into a top-tier company. From 1991 to 1993, Byron worked as Senior Financial Analyst for Antares Electronics Inc, which was acquired by Control Data.[3][4]

Byron holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Business Administration from Queen’s University.[5]
