Anton Battesti is the Internet Governance Advisor for the French Foreign Office. He is also the GAC Representative for France.[1] He is also a Professor of International Law at the University of Corsica.[2]

Education

Battesti received a Masters in European Policies from Institut d'Etudes politiques de Paris in 2008, a Masters in Space and Telecommunication Law from Université Paris Sud (Paris XI) in 2007, and a Masters in International Law from Université Panthéon Assas (Paris II) in 2005.[3]
