Kelly (Hyeyoung) Kang is the Korean Representative at GAC[1] and a GAC Advisor.[2] She is also the Manager of International Affairs at NIDA.[3] She attends ICANN Meetings.[4][5][6][7]
From 1999-2004, Kelly served as the Secretariat of Number and Name Committee at KRNIC. She was a speaker at Future Internet Forum Committee in 2007.[8]
