Hiram Melendez is Associate Professor at the University of Puerto Rico Law School where he teaches Constitutional, Administrative Law as well as Cyberlaw and several seminars on the Constitution in Cyberspace and Privacy and Technology.[1] Hiram is also founder of the University of Puerto Rico Law School's Cyberlaw Clinic, and is co-founder and co-legal lead of Creative Commons Puerto Rico. Hiram is currently pursuing his J.S.D. at New York University Law School where he researches the intersection between freedom of speech and intellectual property law[2].
