Henry A. (Hal) Lubsen is the CEO of Afilias.[1] He was one of the 18 founding members of Afilias, and also a co-founder of Domain Bank, Inc., one of the Internet's first registrars.[2] As the CEO, he sits on Afilias' Board of Directors.[3]
Hal Lubsen is frequently involved in high-level talks with other registry CEOs and leaders, and the policy makers of ICANN; he is involved in, and comments on, the work of the Registry Stakeholder Group and ICANN in general.[4][5]
