Kang Soo Song is a senior researcher at KISA, where he has been since April, 2006.[1]

He attends a variety of international IT and IG fora, including ICANN meetings, APTLD meetings, and IGF meetings.[2][3][4] He is also involved with the U.N., the OECD, the ITU, and ICANN's GAC.[5]
