Sergio Salinas Porto is the Managing Partner at Mapu Tecnologia,[1] and the President of Internauta Argentina (Argentina Association of Internet Users).[2] Sergio Porto represents Internauta within ICANN's Non-Commerical Users Constituency.[3]
He is the founding member and the first Latin American President of the Federation of Internet Users (FLUI).
He is the author and promoter of the bill: "Access to Internet, free and equal.
Sergio is the Head of Department of new technologies and business of the Assembly of Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (APYME), Mar del Plata delegation. [4]
Sergio is the President of LACRALO of ICANN.[5] He is the representative of LACRALO in ALAC.[6]
He is a member of the At-Large Improvements Work Team C(WT-C), the team which proposed two key changes to ICANN at ICANN Silicon Valley.[7]
He has attended ICANN Silicon Valley,[8] ICANN Cartagena De Indias[9] and ICANN Mexico.[10]
