Sergio Salinas Porto is the Managing Partner at Mapu Tecnologia,[1] and the President of Internauta Argentina (Argentina Association of Internet Users).[2] Sergio Porto represents Internauta within ICANN's Non-Commercial Users Constituency.[3]
He is also the founding member and President of the Federación Latinoamericana de Usuarios de Internet (FLUI).[4]

Sergio is the Head of Department of new technologies and business of the Assembly of Small and Medium Entrepreneurs (APYME), Mar del Plata delegation. [5]
