Louis Marius Andriamparany is the General Secretary and Project Manager at NIC Madagascar. Some of his current projects include working on creating spaces to train young people to be digitally capable, and also creating the infrastructure to facilitate long distance learning. He is also the first, and current, President of ISOC Madagascar, he helped start the chapter in 2001.[1]
