Cedrick Adrien Mbeyet is the West Africa Regional ITO at Oxfam,[1] he has been supprting the West African team since 2001.

Mr. Mbeyet is also the VP of ISOC Senegal's Next Generation Team, which he helped co-found in 2009. The team is a group of young people who promote the use of Internet in Senegal among students.[2]
