Ayanna T. Samuels is the Management Associate at Citi Jamaica and the ICT4D Ja Network Facilitator at ICT4D Jamaica Limited. She is also an Independent ICT for Development Consultant & Entrepreneur[1], Technology Policy Specialist. She is a member of American Institute of Aerospace Engineers.[2]
