Alioune Badara Traoré is a Lecturer and Project Engineer at the Society of Mali's Telecommunications (SOTELMA).[1] He began as a Project Engineer in 1996, and he continues to work on national Internet and intranet implementation.[2]
He was a fellow at the APRICOT 2001 in Kuala Lumpur.[3] He attends ICANN Meetings, RIPE Meetings[4] Mr. Traore was a referee for the 2011 World Taekwondo Qualification Tournament for London 2012 Olympic Games.[5]
