Ambrose Ruyooka is the Acting Commissioner for Information Technology at the Ministry of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) in Uganda,[1] where he does policy development for Internet-related issues.
Ruyooka is the GAC representative for Uganda and is also involved with ISOC. He is interested in information security and is currently the chapter president for the Kampala Chapter of ISACA.[2]

Mr. Ruyooka has taught ICT Project Management at Uganda Institute of ICT from 2001-2006, and at Uganda Management Institute. In 1996, he established the Katzo Hill College School, where he has also worked previously.[3]
