Ben is a Regulatory Policy Analyst focused on connectivity including Internet governance and spectrum policy. As a firm supporter of the multi-stakeholder model, Microsoft is generally interested in the success and evolution of ICANN following the IANA transition. As a member of the Business Community, he is following issues such as Universal Acceptance, Brand TLDs and the future of WHOIS. Ben previously worked in the International Team of the UK communications regulator, Ofcom, where his roles included Vice-Chair of the OECD’s Communications and Infrastructure Services Policy working party, and Co-Chair of BEREC’s Net Neutrality working group.
