Frank Fowlie is the first Ombudsman at ICANN, a position he has held since 2004.[1] He is also the Director of the Sport Dispute Resolution Centre of Canada.[2]
Career History
Frank Fowlie has also served as the Chairman of the International Forum on Online Dispute Resolution and been employed by the United Nations.
Education
Fowlie completed his Doctorate from La Trobe University in 2008.[3]
He has also taken training as a Negotiation Instructor from Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation.[4]
