Peter Ulanga is the Chief Executive at Universal Communications Access Fund.[1]
Education
He did bachelor's from the University of Dar es Salaam and Masters in Business Administration from University of Southern Queensland. He also has a Master’s degree in Science from University of Essex in United Kingdom.
Career History
He was an Engineer with Tanzania Communications Regulatory Authority, a government body representing the country in GAC and ICANN meetings. He has been working with the Regulatory Authority for over 5 years, and in the ICT sector for over a decade. In his previous incarnation he designed and implemented IP networks, While his current engagement is mainly on backbone infrastructure, access networks have a special place in his heart.[2]
