Paul Diaz is currently the Policy and Ethics Manager at Network Solutions. He has been with the company since December 1998. He is responsible for handling ICANN-related issues, corporate advocacy at the local, state and federal levels, and administering Network Solutions' business ethics program.
Prior to joining Network Solutions, Paul spent six and half years as an intelligence officer working with Central Intelligence Agency focused on Latin America. He has traveled throughout Mexico, Central America, and Colombia.
Paul received his Masters of Public Policy from the Kennedy School at Harvard University, and his undergraduate degree (with honors, Phi Beta Kappa) from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.[1]
